CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Sometimes referred to as "CA" or "CM" this service refers to the process of making sure a contract for construction is adhered to by both parties. A construction contract is a complex document with many variables including materials, scheduling, pricing, warranties, performance deadlines, and sometimes fines or rewards. Changes on construction projects, particularly large ones, are present despite the most thorough of plans. Making sure a client is receiving what they agreed to pay for is a job that is best performed by an independent construction expert, such as an architect. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Just as it sounds, managing your building project is a service offered by SDS Architects. Because of the complexity of many building projects, some owners with to have a representative for all official matters related to the project. This is common in projects run by a committee where there is not an internal lead, government or other public projects, or projects where a corporation wishes to protect their exposure and obtain the best performance.
