SDS Architects, Inc. was selected to complete a major renovation of the University Transfer Center. Originally constructed in 1969, the project involves the complete interior renovation of its 39,881 square foot space, new infrastructure, and an updated exterior envelope.
The project includes new science labs, classrooms, administrative and faculty offices, a welcome center and expanded student spaces.
Sustainability is a high priority goal for the Nicolet Area Technical College campus. The Transfer Center was awarded LEED Certification through the U.S. Green Building Council, a national standard for green design, construction, and operation.
