The notion for the new office building developed as a result of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Center's determination to relocate their operations to a downtown location. As an active supporter of the revitalization of Downtown Eau Claire, Cigan Properties recognized the opportunity to develop a new office facility overlooking the Eau Claire River. The 20,000 square foot building also includes additional tenant space for lease.
The materials and design of the exterior of the building are complimentary to the historic downtown neighborhood. The facility offers office and meeting space for the tenants including balcony areas overlooking the Eau Claire River. The adjacent bike trail along the river and somewhat limited site space had significant influence on the available foot print for the building. To reduce the noise of neighboring streets, special glazing was utilized.
