Having out-grown their existing 16,000 square foot building and a nearby annex, Charter Bank of Eau Claire decided to design and construct a new facility on the adjacent former Chi-Chi's Restaurant site. The new 30,000 square foot two-story facility features a ?circle of service? on the main level which is represented by a circular configuration of tellers, lenders, brokers and new account representatives. This arrangement provides customers with easy access to services and bank management personnel.
The Charter Bank features a classical architectural style and is constructed of brick, cast stone and stucco (EIFS) exterior. The structural frame is steel with precast concrete floor plank. The interior includes finishes consisting of carpet, granite, vinyl wall covering and extensive wood trim and paneling.
The new facility also included a four lane drive-up.
